Q: How long does it take to set-up the Intranet?
A: Typically, less than an hour. You can upload a CSV file through our Bulk Upload to register your new members. It is then a simple process to build your collaborative areas. A one-hour training session is included in the set-up price.
Q: Can we keep our old domain name and email address?
A: Yes, you can use your existing domain name for your new intranet. You can also keep your email addresses as long as you can point your MX records to us.
Q: Can we continue to use our Microsoft Outlook for emails?
A: Yes, we have POP and IMAP integration which copies all your Outlook emails to your new web based solution and allows you to switch between your email systems.
Q: Can we customise our Intranet?
A: Yes. You can have your name and logo on Intralite and customise your teams and how you would like to distribute information. We can also offer a more bespoke solution if you would like further customisation.
Q: What if I hire more staff?
A: Intralite can scale to meet any growth requirements. You can continue to add more users individually or you can buy a larger package keeping your existing domain name and setup.
Q: Can we use it for our project teams who need to collaborate instead of as a full company intranet?
A: Absolutely, many companies use Intralite as a project-based collaborative area to communicate from multiple locations and to store and work on documents remotely.
Q: Can we add the login page to our own portal?
A: Yes, please contact us at info@intralite.com or raise it during your training session and we will provide you with the necessary code.
Q: Do I need to download any software to run Intralite?
A: No. Intralite is a web based, fully hosted solution. All you need is a browser and an Internet connection.
Q: Is training required to use Intralite?
A: No. We pride ourselves on providing simple-to-use interfaces and applications. We do offer additional training if you require, prices can be found on the pricing and sign up page.

Q: How do I get new Intralite upgrades and features?
A: Your Intralite domain will automatically feature the most current version of the software, updated virus protection, the newest security processes, and new features. We are continually improving our solution based on our customer’s feedback.
Q: What is the uptime of Intralite?
A: We pride ourselves on providing 99.99% uptime.
Q: How reliable is Intralite? A: We are constantly upgrading, and supporting Intralite. Redundant servers with 99.9% reliability, virus protection, and automatic backups are only a few features that make Intralite a secure environment for your hosted Intranet needs.
